威海市≥35岁居民高血压患病情况及影响因素分析

Prevalence and Influencing Factors of Hypertension Among Residents Aged≥35 Years in Weihai City

目的:了解威海市≥35岁居民高血压患病情况,分析其影响因素。方法:采用整群抽样法抽取2022年1—2023年8月威海市4个社区≥35岁的居民,共计6 444名,根据是否患有高血压将6 444名居民分为高血压组、无高血压组,比较两组临床资料,分析威海市≥35岁居民高血压患病影响因素。结果:6 444名居民中患有高血压2 064名,患病率为32.03%,性别、年龄、BMI、合并高血脂、合并糖尿病、户口所在地、吸烟、锻炼习惯、睡眠质量是威海市≥35岁居民患高血压的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:威海市≥35岁居民高血压患病率处于较高水平,性别、年龄、BMI、合并高血脂、合并糖尿病、户口所在地、吸烟、锻炼习惯、睡眠质量是威海市≥35岁居民患高血压的独立影响因素,建议社区服务中心针对危险因素加强高血压的防治工作。

Objective:To understand the prevalence of hypertension among residents aged≥35 years in Weihai City and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 6444 residents aged≥35 years in four communities of Weihai City from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected by cluster sampling.According to the presence of hypertension,6444 residents were divided into hy-pertension group and non-hypertension group.The clinical data of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of hy-pertension among residents aged≥35 years in Weihai City were analyzed.Results:Among the 6444 residents,2064 cases had hy-pertension,with a prevalence of 32.03%.Gender,age,body mass index(BMI),hyperlipidemia,diabetes mellitus,household regis-tration place,smoking,exercise habits,and sleep quality were the independent influencing factors of hypertension among residents aged≥35 years in Weihai City(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence of hypertension among residents aged≥35 years in Weihai City is at a high level.Gender,age,BMI,hyperlipidemia,diabetes mellitus,household registration place,smoking,exercise habits,and sleep quality are the independent influencing factors of hypertension among residents aged≥35 years in Weihai City.It is rec-ommended that community service centers strengthen the prevention and treatment of hypertension according to risk factors.
