Analysis on Epidemiological Characteristics of Viral Hepatitis Type E in Heze City During 2018-2022

目的:分析2018—2022年菏泽市戊型病毒性肝炎流行病学特征,为制定戊型病毒性肝炎防控措施提供依据。方法:选取中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集的2018-2022年菏泽市戊型病毒性肝炎病例数据,分析菏泽市戊型病毒性肝炎流行病学特征。结果:2018—2022年菏泽市戊型病毒性肝炎发病人数分别为9例、36例、37例、45例和42例,累计169例,年均报告发病率为0.38/10万,发病高峰期为3月和5月,6月和9月发病率较低。2018—2022年菏泽市戊型病毒性肝炎患者集中于牡丹区、曹县,发病人群男性多于女性,患者多为农民、待业人员,各年龄段均有发病,以50~59岁发病最多。结论:2018—2022年菏泽市戊型病毒性肝炎发病率较低,需对重点人群(农民、中老年人)开展健康宣传,加强戊型病毒性肝炎的监测并推广疫苗接种,以防止戊型病毒性肝炎的传播。

Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of viral hepatitis type E in Heze city from 2018 to 2022,and provide evidence for the formulation of viral hepatitis type E control and prevention measures.Methods:Data of viral hepatitis type E cases in Heze city from 2018 to 2022 were collected from the Chinese Information System for Disease Control and Prevention.The epidemiological characteristics of viral hepatitis type E in Heze city were analyzed.Results:From 2018 to 2022,the number of cases with viral hepatitis type E in Heze city was 9,36,37,45 and 42,respectively,with a total of 169 cases,and the average annual reported incidence was 0.38/100,000.The peak incidence was found in March and May,and the lowest incidence was found in June and September.From 2018 to 2022,patients with viral hepatitis type E in Heze city were mainly located in Mudan District and Cao County.The number of male patients was higher than that of female patients,and most of the patients were farmers and unemployed people.The incidence was found in all age groups,with the highest incidence in 50-59 years old.Conclusion:From 2018 to 2022,the incidence of viral hepatitis type E in Heze city is relatively low.It is necessary to perform health education for key population(farmers,middle-aged and older people)and strengthen viral hepatitis type E surveillance and promote the vaccination,so as to prevent the spread of viral hepatitis type E.
