Epidemiology Analysis of Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases in a Hospital of Shanghai During 2019-2021

目的:分析2019—2021年上海某院心血管疾病患者流行病学特征。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月上海市宝山区仁和医院急诊科收治的296例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象,统计心血管疾病患者疾病种类、时间、性别、年龄分布特征。结果:2019—2021年心血管疾病患者多为冠心病,其次为心律失常、心力衰竭,心肌缺血、心肌梗死,风湿性心脏病患者相对较少。2019—2021年,冠心病多发于1—3月,发病率具有季节性规律;心律失常与心力衰竭发病每月较平均,未呈现明显的季节性规律。2019—2021年,心血管疾病发病人群女性多于男性。2019—2021年,心血管疾病患者年龄多为66~75岁。结论:2019—2021年上海某院心血管疾病患者女性较多,年龄多为66~75岁,疾病发病率从高到低依次为冠心病、心律失常、心力衰竭,其中冠心病多发于1—3月与7—9月,发病率具有季节性规律。

Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of patients with cardiovascular diseases in a hospital of Shanghai during 2019-2021.Methods:A total of 296 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to the Emergency Department of Renhe Hospital of Baoshan District in Shanghai from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The disease type,time,gender and age distribution characteristics of patients with cardiovascular diseases were counted.Results:From 2019 to 2021,cardiovascular diseases in patients were mainly coronary heart disease,followed by arrhythmia and heart failure,while myocardial ischemia,myocardial infarction and rheumatic heart disease were relatively few.From 2019 to 2021,coronary heart disease mostly occurred from January to March,and the incidence rate had a seasonal pattern.The incidence of arrhythmia and heart failure was average every month,and there was no obvious seasonal pattern.From 2019 to 2021,the incidence of cardiovascular disease in female was higher than that in male.From 2019 to 2021,the age of patients with cardiovascular diseases was mostly 66-75 years old.Conclusion:From 2019 to 2021,there are more female patients with cardiovascular diseases in a hospital of Shanghai,most of the patients age 66-75 years,and the incidence of cardiovascular diseases in a descending order is coronary heart disease,arrhythmia,and heart failure.Coronary heart disease mostly occur from January to March and from July to September,and the incidence has a seasonal pattern.
