儿科消化内镜医师培训现状与思考

Status Quo and Thinking on Training of Pediatric Digestive Endoscopists

儿科消化内镜在小儿消化疾病诊疗中发挥着重要作用,其不仅是一项技术,还是一门技术性较强的新兴学科,即儿科消化内镜学。针对技术性较强的儿科消化内镜操作教学,需要建立科学系统的培训模式,但目前我国儿科消化内镜医师的培训处于起步阶段,专用于儿科消化内镜医师培训的基地少,缺乏统一、规范化的教学模式。该文就我国消化内镜在儿童消化系统疾病诊治发展现状,儿科消化内镜医师培训现状、存在的问题以及对策进行探讨,同时引鉴国际现行培训模式和我国成人消化内镜医师培训经验,针对患儿特殊生理和心理需求,建立儿科消化内镜医师培训特定的课程及评估体系,为建立科学的儿科消化内镜培训模式提供参考。

Pediatric digestive endoscope plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric digestive diseases,it is a technology and an emerging discipline with strong technicality,namely pediatric digestive endoscopy.For the teaching of pediatric digestive endoscope operations with strong technicality,it is necessary to establish a scientific and systematic training pattern.However,the training of pediatric digestive endoscopists in China is still in the initial stage at present,and there are few specialized training bases and no unified and standard training pattern for pediatric digestive endoscopists.This paper discusses the development status of digestive endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric digestive diseases in China,and the current situation,the existing problems and countermeasures of pediatric digestive endoscopist training,introduces the current international training pattern and the training experience of adult digestive endoscopists in China,and establishes a specific course and evaluation system for pediatric digestive endoscopist training according to special physiological and psychological needs of children,so as to provide reference for the establishment of a scientific pediatric digestive endoscopy training pattern.
