品管圈管理在心脏重症监护室多参数监护仪管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Quality Control Circle Management in Multi-Parameter Monitor Management in Cardiac Care Unit

目的:探讨品管圈管理在心脏重症监护室多参数监护仪管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6—7月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院行心电监护的94例患者作为对照组,选取2022年10—11月进行心电监护的102例患者作为观察组,对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施品管圈管理。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组误报警率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理人员临床报警疲劳量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:品管圈管理可有效降低心脏重症监护室多参数监护仪误报率,减轻护士报警疲劳。

Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control circle management in the management of multi-parameter monitors in cardiac care unit.Methods:A total of 94 patients who underwent ECG monitoring in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2022 to July 2022 were selected as the control group,and 102 patients who underwent ECG monitoring from October 2022 to November 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group implemented routine management,and the observation group implemented quality control circle management.The management effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The false alarm rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The score of the clinical alarm fatigue scale of nursing staff in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Conclusion:Quality control circle management can effectively reduce the false alarm rate of multi-parameter monitors in cardiac care unit and relieve the alarm fatigue of nurses.
