基于真实问题情境彰显化学学科价值——羧酸的性质及应用

摘要 以《本草纲目》中对青梅的描述创设真实问题情境:青梅为什么酸,青梅酒如何降酸,由此引导学生剖析羧基体现酸性及发生酯化反应的本质,并进一步探讨如何利用酯化反应合成人们需要的酯。突出了知识的发生、发展过程和实际应用价值,让学生认识化学在解决真实问题、促进社会发展、提高人类生活质量等方面的重要贡献。 Based on the description of green plums in Compendium of Material Medica,a real problem situation was created:why green plums were sour and how green plum wine could reduce acid.Thus,students were guided to analyze the acidity of carboxyl group and the nature of esterification reaction,and further discussed how to use esterification reaction to synthesize esters that people needed.It highlighted the occurrence,development process and practical application value of knowledge,so that students could understand the important contribution of chemistry in solving real problems,promoting social development and improving the quality of human life.
