康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎患者的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole on patients with reflux esophagitis

目的研讨康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎患者的疗效。方法84例反流性食管炎患者,根据随机抽签法分为参照组和实验组,每组42例。参照组采取奥美拉唑治疗,实验组采取康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为95.24%,参照组为78.57%,实验组高于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组的不良反应发生率为4.76%(2/42),参照组为19.05%(8/42),实验组低于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在反流性食管炎的临床治疗中,选择康复新液及奥美拉唑联合治疗方案,有助于发挥联合治疗机制,为溃疡面彻底愈合提供条件,可降低炎症侵袭,避免疾病复发,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To study the efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole on patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 84 patients with reflux esophagitis were selected.According to the principle of random allocation,they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group,with 42 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with omeprazole,while the experimental group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid.The therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%,and that of the reference group was 78.57%;the experimental group was higher than the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 4.76%(2/42)and that of the reference group was 19.05%(8/42);the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of reflux esophagitis,the combination of Kangfuxin liquid and omeprazole has a significant therapeutic effect,which can help to exert the combined therapeutic mechanism to provide conditions for the complete healing of the ulcerated surface,and reduce the inflammation invasion and avoid the recurrence of the disease.
