基于网络药理学的中药治疗肥胖的机制研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the teatment of obesity based on network pharmacology

中药应用临床治疗肥胖疗效确切,但相关机制尚缺乏系统性总结。随着生物信息学的不断发展,基于网络药理学探讨中药治疗肥胖潜在机制已成为研究焦点。本文通过对相关文献的检索分析,整理出单药单成分、药对以及中药复方治疗肥胖的作用机制,主要涉及药物成分、靶点、信号通路等方面,旨在为今后中药治疗肥胖提供新思路与理论参考。

The clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of obesity is effective,but the related mechanism is still lack of systematic summary.With the continuous development of bioinformatics,it has become a research focus to explore the potential mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of obesity based on network pharmacology.In this paper,through the retrieval and analysis of relevant literatures,the mechanism of action of single drug,single component,drug pair and traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of obesity is sorted out,mainly involving drug components,targets,signaling pathways and so on,in order to provide new ideas and theoretical references for the treatment of obesity with traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
