摘要
能源是促进经济增长不可或缺的基本要素,但大量碳排放严重破坏生态环境。产业结构升级是推动绿色低碳发展的重要驱动力,研究产业结构升级对碳排放强度的影响具有重要意义。利用2007—2021年国内30个省份的面板数据,构建空间计量模型,实证研究产业结构升级对碳排放强度影响的空间溢出效应。研究发现:产业结构优化不仅为当地碳排放强度的下降发挥积极作用,而且其空间溢出效应可以带动邻近地区碳排放强度的降低,但该效应具有地区异质性;产业结构升级通过技术进步影响碳排放强度。
Energy is an essential element to promote economic growth,but a large number of carbon emissions seriously damage the ecological environment.Industrial structure upgrading is an important driving force to promote green and low-carbon development.It is of great significance to study the impact of industrial structure upgrading on carbon emission intensity.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2007,this paper 2021 a spatial econometric model to empirically study the spatial spillover effect of industrial structure upgrading on carbon emission intensity.The results are as follows:the optimization of industrial structure not only plays a positive role in the reduction of local carbon emission intensity,but also its spatial spillover effect can lead to the reduction of carbon emission intensity in adjacent regions,however,this effect has regional heterogeneity.industrial structure upgrading affects carbon emission intensity through technological progress.
