摘要
校友文化传承着大学精神,在高校的建设发展中发挥着积极作用。校友文化具有多种文化特性,蕴含着丰富的育人价值,将其融入高校思想政治教育,对拓展高校思想政治教育途径、助力青年学生成长成才具有重要意义。校友文化具有社会特征、教育特征、文化特征、心理特征和经济特征,与高校思想政治教育有着密切的内在联系。校友文化融入高校思想政治教育存在组织体系不健全、育人体系不完备、服务体系不完善、协同体系待提高等障碍,亟待完善工作机制、健全育人体系、提升服务理念和优化协同场域,以期提高校友文化融入高校思想政治教育的育人实效、强化高校人才培养的能力。
Alumni culture inherits the spirit of university and plays a positive role in the construction and development of universities.Alumni culture possesses various cultural characteristics and carries rich educational values.Integrating it into higher education ideological and political education is of significant importance in expanding the pathways of ideological and political education in universities and promoting the growth and development of young students.Alumni culture exhibits social,educational,cultural,psychological,and economic characteristics,forming close intrinsic connections with higher education ideological and political education.However,the integration of alumni culture into higher education ideological and political education faces obstacles such as an inadequate organizational system,an incomplete educational system,an imperfect service system,and a need for improvement in collaborative systems.It is essential to enhance the work mechanism for integrating alumni culture into ideological and political education,establish a sound educational system for this integration,improve the service philosophy related to this integration,and optimize collaborative platforms for a more effective integration of alumni culture into higher education ideological and political education.This will contribute to enhancing the educational effectiveness of alumni culture integration and strengthening the capacity of talent development in higher education.
