基于专业探究的教师个人实践理论建构模式与效果研究

Investigating the Construction Model and Impact of Teachers'Personal Practical Theories Based on Professional Inquiry

摘要 近来,作为高素质创新型教师重要实践标志的教师个人实践理论及建构受到研究者和一线教师的积极推崇。受启发于促进实践问题解决的专业探究和教师个人思想凝练过程,运用案例研究和扎根理论方法探索教师个人实践理论建构的实践模式,并使用准实验方法对个人实践理论建构实践促进教师专业成长的效果进行检验。结果表明,基于专业探究的教师个人实践理论建构模式对教师专业实践知识、专业实践能力、创造性理论素养及数据素养等具有显著提升作用。此外,还从新兴技术支持和探究-反思原则角度启发未来值得探究的方向,以期为基础教育教育家型教师的培养提供实践指引。 Recently,the theory and construction of teacher's personal practice,recognized as a vital practical symbol of high-quality and innovative teachers,have been lauded by researchers and educators.Inspired by the processes of professional inquiry and thought condensation that facilitate practical problem-solving,this paper uses case study method and grounded theory method to explore the model of teacher's personal practical theory construction.Simultaneously,this paper examines the impact of continuous professional growth in teachers'professional inquiry through quasi-experimental method.The results showed that the construction model of teachers'personal practical theory based on professional inquiry had a significant effect on improving teachers professional practical knowledge,professional practical ability,creative theory literacy and data literacy.Furthermore,this paper highlights directions worth exploring in the future from the perspective of emerging technology support and professional inquiry principles to offer guidance on the processes and methods for training expert teachers in basic education.
