摘要
乡村教育振兴与乡村教育现代化实现的关键在于建设一支数量充足、结构优良、专业扎实和情系乡土的教师队伍。当前乡村教师队伍建设仍面临“下不去、留不住、教不好”的问题,而培养具备专业素养与乡土情怀的师范生是破解“下不去、留不住、教不好”困局的有效举措。师范生迈向乡村教师队伍高质量建设可为之处在于从乡村社会、学校发展及师范生个人素养方面来探索师范生迈向乡村教师队伍高质量建设的可行性;难为之处在于从政策制度执行力不足、学校治理能力欠缺、乡村教师职业形象“异化”以及教师教育专业培养乡土内容缺失方面来分析师范生迈向乡村教师队伍高质量建设的困境;应为之路在于从提升政策执行力度、优化学校治理能力、重塑乡村教师职业形象以及补充乡土素材来建构师范生迈向乡村教师队伍高质量建设的路径。
The key to the revitalization of rural education and the realization of rural education modernization lies in the construction of a team of teachers with sufficient quantity,excellent structure,solid expertise,and community connection.At present,the construction of rural teachers is still faced with the problem of“unable to go down,unable to stay,unable to teach”,and training normal students with professional quality and local feelings is an effective measure to solve the dilemma of“unable to go down,unable to stay,unable to teach”.Therefore,we must thoroughly explore how normal university students can contribute to the high-quality development of rural teachers by focusing on what can be done,what is difficult and what should be done.What can be done is to explain the high quality construction of the teachers from the rural society,the development of the school and the personal quality of the normal students.Challenges include analyzing the high-quality development of teachers due to the lack of policy and systematic implementation,inadequate school governance,distortion of rural teachers'professional image,and insufficient inclusion of local context in teacher education.The way should be to enhance the implementation of policies,optimize the ability of school governance,reshape the professional image of rural teachers,and supplement local materials to promote the high-quality construction of rural teachers.
