渣油加氢装置催化剂级配体系优化及其应用情况

摘要 随着渣油加氢装置处理混合原料呈现劣质化、重质化的趋势,并且掺炼加工了沙重、巴士拉中等劣质原油的渣油组分,对催化剂级配方案提出了更高的要求。为了满足企业装置要求加氢渣油金属质量分数≯12.0μg·g^(-1)实际生产需求,在第三周期催化剂级配方案的基础上,对第四周期的催化剂级配方案进行调整优化,保护催化剂、脱金属催化剂、脱硫脱金属过渡催化剂的级配比例分别提高了2.30百分点、3.84百分点、6.66百分点。在第四周期与第三周期混合原料性质相差不大的情况下,第四周期金属(Ni+V)脱除率比第三周期提高了2.62百分点,达到了87.07%,满足了企业实际生产需求。 As the mixed raw materials processed by the residual oil hydrogenation unit tend to become inferior and heavier,and the residual oil components of Saudi heavy oil and Basra medium-low-quality crude oil are blended and processed,higher requirements are put forward for the catalyst gradation scheme.In order to meet the actual production needs of the enterprise's device requirements for hydrogenation residue metal massfraction≯12.0μg·g^(-1).based on the catalyst gradation plan of the third cycle,the catalyst gradation plan of the fourth cycle was adjusted and optimized.The gradation ratios of catalysts and desulfurization and demetallization transition catalysts were increased by 2.30 percentage points,3.84 percentage points,and 6.66 percentage points respectively.When the properties of the mixed raw materials in the fourth cycle and the third cycle were similar,the metal(Ni,V)removal rate in the fourth cycle was increased by 2.62 percentage points compared with the third cycle,reaching 87.07%,which met the actual production needs of the company.
