王水溶解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中硫

Determination of Sulfur in Soil by Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry After Dissolution in Aqua Regia

摘要 采用王水水浴溶解样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法进行测试,建立一种全新的土壤样品中硫的检测方法。结果表明:该方法对土壤样品中硫的测定准确度好,土壤标准物质的测定结果均在保证值范围内;该方法测得硫元素的检出限为21.3μg·g^(-1)。土壤标准有证样品相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.40%~6.89%;土壤标准有证样品的准确度△lg C为0~0.0-16;方法经过多家实验室验证,适用于不同类型土壤硫的检测,结果准确可靠,简便快捷,特别适用于批量土壤样品检测,适合在土壤检测领域推广应用。 A new method for the determination of sulfur in soil samples was developed by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry after the samples were dissolved in aqua regia.The results showed that the accuracy of the method was good and the determination results of soil reference materials were within the guaranteed range,and the detection limit of sulfur element was 21.3μg·g^(-1).The relative standard deviation(RSD)of certified soil samples was 2.40%~6.89%(n=6),and the accuracy △lgC of certified soil samples was 0~0.016.The methods were compared with each other through 8 laboratories.The method has been verified by many laboratories,and is suitable for the detection of sulfur in different types of soils,the results are accurate and reliable.
