摘要
为适应大数据时代人才需要,提高应用统计专业硕士人才培养质量,通过问卷调查对其培养现状进行分析。调查结果显示,目前学生对学制选择、课程体系及课堂教学满意度等方面不存在明显性别差异,但在人才培养方案、课程设置和就业指导等方面性别差异显著,且存在以教师讲授为主、实践训练不足、就业指导缺乏个性化等问题,在此基础上提出应用统计专业硕士培养的改进建议。
To meet the needs of talents in the big data era and improve the quality of talents training for professional masters of applied statistics,a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the status quo of training.The survey results show that there is no significant gender difference among students in terms of educational system selection,curriculum system and classroom teaching satisfaction,but that is significant in talent training program,curriculum provision and employment guidance.And there are problems such as teacherbased teaching,insufficient practical training,and lack of personalization in employment guidance.On this basis,the improvement suggestions of the training for the professional masters of applied statistics were put forward.
