摘要
基于2000-2020年我国沪深A股上市公司数据的实证检验表明:企业员工的受教育程度越高,创新能力越强;教育的创新效应在市场化程度较高的地区、第二产业、高科技行业和非国有企业中表现得更为显著;人力资本聚集效应是教育的创新效应得以激发的重要机制。未来,应以强化教育的创新效应为主线,重塑生产人力资本的教育培训体系;积极发挥有为政府的作用,推动企业创新能力提升和产业升级发展,创造更多的高质量就业岗位,为实现高技能劳动力的更加充分、更高质量就业创造有利条件;充分发挥有效市场的作用,将高技能劳动力更多地配置到市场化程度较高的地区以及第二产业、高科技行业和非国有企业中。
Based on the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2000 to 2020,this empirical study shows that the higher the education level of employees,the stronger the company's innovation ability.The innovation effect of education is more significant in regions with a higher degree of marketization,the secondary industry,high-tech industry and non-state-owned enterprises.The aggregation effect of human capital is an important mechanism that stimulates the innovation effect of education.In the future,we should emphasize strengthening the innovation effect of education and reshaping the education and training system to produce human capital.We will give full play to the role of competent government,promote the innovation capacity of enterprises and industrial upgrading and development,create more high-quality jobs,and create favorable conditions for realizing adequate and high-quality employment of a highly skilled labor force.We will give full play to the role of efficient markets and allocate more highly skilled labor to areas with a high degree of marketization,as well as to secondary industries,high-tech industries and non-state-owned enterprises.
