南京市手术室护士锐器伤预防的知信行调查

Investigation on knowledge-attitude-practice about prevention of sharp injury among operating room nurses in Nanjing City

目的了解南京市38家医院手术室护士对锐器伤预防的知信行现状,分析其影响因素,为降低手术室护士职业暴露提供依据。方法自行设计手术室护士锐器伤预防的知信行调查问卷,采用便利抽样法,于2021年9-11月对南京市38家医院524名手术室护士进行调研。结果被调查护士对锐器伤预防的知识、信念及行为维度标准化平均得分分别为(92.71±9.77)、(87.91±10.01)和(87.97±6.57)分;不同年龄、工作年限、职称、学历以及医院等级的手术室护士得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。学历和医院等级为知识得分>80分的独立保护性因素(OR=2.725、2.529,均P<0.05)。结论南京市38家医院手术室护士对锐器伤预防的知信行得分处于中等偏上水平,掌握情况良好,具有积极的态度和良好的执行力。管理者应重视手术室工作环境建设,加强职业防护培训和职业暴露上报管理,提升手术室护士对锐器伤预防的知信行水平。

Objective To investigate the status of knowledge-attitude-practice about prevention of sharp injury among operating room nurses in 38 hospitals of Nanjing City,analyze the influencing factors,and provide a basis for reducing occupational exposure of operating room nurses.Methods By the convenient sampling,a self-made questionnaire on knowledge-attitudepractice about prevention of sharp injury of operating room nurses was adopted to investigate 524 operating room nurses in 38 hospitals of Nanjing City from September 2021 to November 2021.Results The standardized average scores of knowledge,attitude and practice dimensions on prevention of sharp injury of investigated nurses were(92.71±9.77),(87.91±10.01)and(87.97±6.57)points,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the scores among operating room nurses in different age,working years,professional title,education level and hospital level(all P<0.05).The education level and hospital level were independent protective factors for the knowledge score>80 points(OR=2.725,2.529,both P<0.05).Conclusions The scores of knowledge-attitude-practice about prevention of sharp injury among operating room nurses in 38 hospitals of Nanjing City are at the upper middle level,presenting with good mastery,positive attitude and strong executive force.The hospital managers ought to focus on the working environment construction of operating room,improve the occupational protection training and occupational exposure reporting management,in order to improve the knowledge-attitude-practice level of sharp injury prevention among operating room nurses.
