百年大党防范化解风险危机的实践探索及宝贵经验

A Centenarian Major Party's Practical Exploration and Treasurable Experience in Risk Prevention and Crisis Resolution

一百多年来,中国共产党始终坚守初心使命,积极应对危局困境,经受磨砺挑战:新民主主义革命时期从“武装斗争”到“党的建设”,社会主义革命和建设时期从“政权巩固”到“作风整顿”,改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期从“锚航定向”到“制度完善”,中国特色社会主义新时代从“刀刃向内”到“科学应对”,中国共产党审时度势、防范化解了一次次风险危机。回顾百年大党防范化解风险危机的实践历程,从党的领导提供坚强保证、理论创新提供科学遵循、斗争精神提供精神动力、依托时局提供基本依据和制度优势提供制度保障等五个方面总结经验启示,展望未来防范化解风险危机的光明前景,对于新时代加强党的建设、巩固党的执政地位、奋力实现社会主义现代化强国和中华民族复兴伟业具有重要意义。

For more than one hundred years,the Communist Party of China has stayed true to its original aspiration and mission in confronting crises,adversity,and torturing challenges.It has managed to prevent or resolve one after another risk or crisis according to particular situations from the"armed struggle"to the"Party building"in the New Democratic Revolution Period,from"consolidating its ruling"to"rectifying styles"in the Socialist Revolution and Building Period,from"course setting"to"system completing"in the Reform and Opening-up Period and the Socialist Modernization Period,and from"turning the blade inwards"(reform from within)to"scientific approaches"in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper summarizes the experience by reviewing the practice of preventing or resolving risks and crises over one hundred years by CPC from the following five respects:the Party's leadership providing institutional guarantee,theoretical innovation providing scientific guidelines,the spirit of struggle providing incentive,following the trend of the times providing basis for decision-making and taking advantages of systems providing system guarantee.Looking forward to the bright future of risk prevention and crisis resolution in light of these experience is of great significance to the strengthening of the Party building,the consolidation of the Party's rule,the struggling for building China into a modernized socialist strong country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
