负压封闭引流术用于直肠癌术后的效果观察

Effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage on Postoperative Rectal Cancer

目的:观察分析负压封闭引流术(VSD)用于直肠癌术后的效果。方法:选取2021年3月至2023年3月,本院治疗的30例直肠癌手术患者,通过抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组各15例。对照组术后采用常规处理,观察组在对照组干预基础上联合VSD术。比较2组患者术后感染、创口愈合时间、免疫功能、炎性因子水平和生命质量。结果:干预后,2组在术后感染方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组创口愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),炎性因子水平和生命质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),免疫功能指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:直肠癌患者术后采用VSD术能够避免发生严重并发症,改善患者免疫功能,提高术后生命质量,降低术后炎性因子水平,对促进术后康复有重要意义,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)on postoperative rectal cancer.Methods From March 2021 to March 2023,total 30 patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment after operation,and the observation group was combined with VSD on the basis of the control group.The postoperative infection,wound healing time,immune function,inflammatory factor levels and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,there was no significant difference in postoperative infection between the two groups(P>0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The inflammatory factor levels and quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the immune function indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD for postoperative rectal cancer can avoid serious complications,improve patients'immune function and postoperative quality of life and reduce postoperative inflammatory factor levels,which is of great significance to promote postoperative rehabilitation and is worthy of promotion and application.
