自动痔套扎术联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔52例疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoids Combined with Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy in Treating 52 Cases of Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:探究自动痔套扎术(RPH)联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月,本院收治的100例混合痔手术患者,随机分为治疗组52例和对照组48例。治疗组采用RPH联合外剥内扎术治疗,对照组行单纯RPH治疗。观察比较2组手术时间、创面愈合时间、疼痛指数、并发症及临床疗效。结果:2组在手术时间、创面愈合时间、疼痛指数及并发症方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组临床治愈率明显高于对照组(100.0%VS 79.3%),差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:RPH联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔临床疗效确切,可以弥补单纯RPH手术的不足,治疗范围较广,远期疗效明显较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH)combined with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH)in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,total 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group(52 cases)and the control group(48 cases).The treatment group was treated with RPH combined with MMH,while the control group was treated simply with RPH.The operation time,wound healing time,pain index,complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,wound healing time,pain index and complications between the two groups(P>0.05),but the clinical cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(100.0%VS 79.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion RPH combined with MMH in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids has a definite clinical efficacy,which can make up for the deficiency of simple RPH,with a wider range of treatment and obviously better long-term efficacy.
