肛周脓肿及肛瘘术后不使用抗菌药物的可行性研究

Feasibility of Treating Postoperative Perianal Abscess and Anal Fistula Without Using Antibiotics

目的:探索和讨论肛周脓肿及肛瘘手术患者术后不使用抗菌药物的可行性。方法:选取2021年11月至2022年11月,本院60例肛周脓肿及肛瘘手术患者,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各30例。观察组术后采用中药熏洗坐浴、换药及红外线理疗等综合治疗,对照组术后常规使用抗菌药物3~5 d。观察患者术后体温变化、疗效、住院时间及术后感染等情况。结果:2组在治愈率、术后感染、体温变化、白细胞及中性粒细胞变化方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在住院时间及住院费用方面,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛周脓肿及肛瘘手术患者术后采用中药熏洗坐浴、换药及红外线理疗等综合治疗,不使用抗菌药物是可行的。

Objective To explore and analyze the feasibility of treating postoperative patients with perianal abscess and anal fistula without using antibiotics.Methods From November 2021 to November 2022,total 60 postoperative patients with perianal abscess and anal fistula in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Chinese medicinal fumigation,washing and sitz-bath,dressing change and infrared physiotherapy,while the control group was treated with conventional antibiotics for 3-5 days.The postoperative temperature change,efficacy,length of hospital stay and postoperative infection were observed.Results There was no significant difference in cure rate,postoperative infection,temperature change,leukocyte and neutrophil changes between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in terms of hospitalization time and hospitalization cost,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to treat the postoperative patients with perianal abscess and anal fistula by using Chinese medicinal fumigation,washing and sitz-bath,dressing change and infrared physiotherapy without using antibiotics.
