安宁疗护用于终末期直肠癌患者的效果观察

Effect of Hospice Care on Patients with End-Stage Rectal Cancer

目的:探讨安宁疗护用于终末期直肠癌患者的效果。方法:选择2022年1月至2023年1月,本院收治的50例终末期直肠癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各25例。观察组应用安宁疗护方法,对照组采用常规护理及镇痛治疗。观察比较2组护理效果及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:终末期直肠癌患者采用安宁疗护,可以有效提高护理质量,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提升治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of hospice care on patients with end-stage rectal cancer.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,total 50 patients with end-stage rectal cancer admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was given hospice care,and the control group was given routine nursing and analgesia treatment.The nursing effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hospice care for patients with end-stage rectal cancer can effectively improve the nursing quality,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
