宫颈环形电切术及阴道镜治疗子宫颈癌前病变患者的效果及对生活质量的影响

The Effect of Cervical Circular Resection and Colposcopy on the Quality of Life of Patients With Precancerous Lesions of the Cervix

目的探讨宫颈环形电切术及阴道镜治疗子宫颈癌前病变患者的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选择2022年1月—2023年2月邵东市人民医院就诊的子宫颈癌前病变患者,共有102例,以随机掷骰子法分为对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组:宫颈环形电切术(loop electrosurgical excisional procedure,LEEP),观察组:阴道镜下LEEP。对比2组的手术、术后恢复情况,生活质量(the WHO quality of life brief scale-10,WHOQOL-10),并发症及复发率。结果两组的手术/术后恢复情况对比,观察组更优(P<0.05);术前,2组患者WHOQOL-10各维度评分对比(P>0.05);术后6个月,2组各维度评分均比术前高,且组间相比,观察组更优(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率(1.96%)、术后6个月复发率(3.92%)均低于对照组(15.69%、19.61%)(P<0.05)。结论LEEP及阴道镜治疗子宫颈癌前病变,患者术后恢复较快,病情复发更少,并发症也更少,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of cervical circular resection and colposcopy on the quality of life in patients with cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 102 patients with cervical precancerous lesions who visited People's Hospital of Shaodong from January 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 51 cases in each group,using a dice rolling method.Control group was used Loop electrochemical procedure(LEEP),observation group was used LEEP under colposcopy.The surgical and postoperative recovery,quality of life(WHO quality of life brief scale-10,WHO QOL-10),complications,and recurrence rates between two groups were compare.Results The comparison of surgical/postoperative recovery between the two groups showed that the observation group was better(P<0.05).Comparison of WHOQOL-10 scores in various dimensions between two groups of patients before surgery(P>0.05).Six months after surgery,the scores of all dimensions in both groups were higher than before surgery,and the observation group was better than before(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(15.69%,19.61%),the observation group had lower incidence of complications(1.96%)and postoperative recurrence rate at 6 months(3.92%)(P<0.05).Conclusion LEEP and colposcopy are used to treat cervical precancerous lesions.Patients recover quickly after surgery,with fewer relapses and fewer complications,improving their quality of life.
