泛昔洛韦片联合糖皮质激素治疗对带状疱疹患者疼痛及细胞因子水平的影响

The effects of famciclovir tablets combined with glucocorticoids on pain and cytokine levels in patients with herpes zoster

目的观察泛昔洛韦片联合糖皮质激素治疗对带状疱疹患者疼痛及细胞因子水平的影响.方法选取江西省于都县皮肤病防治所2021年11月-2023年9月收治的86例带状疱疹患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各43例,对照组采用泛昔洛韦片治疗,研究组再联用糖皮质激素治疗,比较两组方案的临床疗效.结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率和CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平,以及疼痛指数(VAS)评分低于对照组,水疱消失时间、结痂时间和完全愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论关于带状疱疹,泛昔洛韦片联合糖皮质激素治疗效果较好,能够显著缓解患者疼痛反应和炎症刺激,提高其免疫功能,有助于改善临床症状和预后表现,治疗实用性较高.

Objective To observe the effects of famciclovir tablets combined with glucocorticoids on pain and cytokine levels in patients with herpes zoster.Methods 86 patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each with 43 cases.The control group was treated with famciclovir tablets,while the study group was treated with glucocorticoids.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and levels of CD3^(+) and CD4^(+) in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the level of CD8^(+),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and pain index(VAS)score were lower than those of the control group,and the disappearance time and scabbing time of blisters,as well as the complete healing time,were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Regarding herpes zoster,the combination of famciclovir tablets and glucocorticoids has a good therapeutic effect,which can significantly alleviate the patient's pain response and inflammatory stimulation,improve their immune function,and help improve clinical symptoms and prognosis.The treatment is highly practical.
