布拉氏酵母菌散辅助治疗对腹泻患儿症状缓解时间的影响

Effect of adjuvant treatment with Saccharomyces burra powder on symptom remission time in children with diarrhea

目的观察布拉氏酵母菌散辅助治疗对腹泻患儿症状缓解时间的影响.方法随机将湛江市妇幼保健院收治的腹泻患儿86例分为两组,每组各43例.两组均给予对症处理,对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予布拉氏酵母菌散辅助治疗,连续治疗7d.比较两组疗效、症状缓解时间、不良反应.结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组大便次数恢复正常时间、性状恢复正常时间及住院时间更短(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05).结论布拉氏酵母菌散辅助治疗对改善腹泻症状效果较佳,可改善患儿胃肠功能,缩短腹泻及住院时间.

Objective To observe the effect of adjuvant treatment of yeast burra powder on symptom remission time in children with diarrhea.Methods 86 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment,the control group was given montmorllonite powder treatment,on this basis,the observation group was given yeast burra powder adjuvant treatment,continuous treatment for 7 days.The efficacy,symptom remission time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the frequency of stool returned to normal,the character returned to normal and the length of hospitalization was shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of Saccharomyces burra is effective for diarrhea,can improve gastrointestinal function,promote the improvement of diarrhea symptoms,shorten diarrhea and hospital stay.
