联用克霉唑阴道片与氟康唑在治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎中的临床价值探究

Exploring the clinical value of combined use of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis

目的探析复发性霉菌性阴道炎采用克霉唑阴道片联合氟康唑的临床治疗效果.方法在2022年1月-2023年6月期间选择天津市宁河区芦台医院进行复发性霉菌性阴道炎治疗的69例患者参与此次研究,将所有患者依据信封抽取方式分组,探究组和对照组分别有35例与34例,对照组进行克霉唑阴道片治疗,探究组予以克霉唑阴道片联合氟康唑用药,对比两组的血清细胞因子水平、临床症状消失时间、睡眠质量和疾病复发率.结果探究组C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)均低于对照组,探究组外阴瘙痒、异物分泌、白带异常和灼烧感症状消失时间短于对照组,探究组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分明显低于对照组,探究组疾病复发率也低于对照组,比较差异有统计价值(P<0.05).结论联用克霉唑阴道片与氟康唑治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎,能够有效降低血清细胞因子水平,同时缩短临床症状消失时间,改善患者的睡眠质量,降低疾病复发率,可以在临床治疗中广泛推荐应用.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of using clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis.Method From January 2022 to June 2023,69 patients with recurrent fungal vaginitis in our hospital were selected to participate in this exploration.All patients were divided by envelope extraction method,with 35 cases in the exploration group and 34 cases in the control group.The control group received clotrimazole vaginal tablets,while the exploration group received clotrimazole vaginal tablets in combination with fluconazole.The serum cytokine levels,clinical symptom disappearance time,sleep quality,and disease recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Result The exploration group C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)levels were lower than the control group.The disappearance time of external genital itching,foreign body secretion,abnormal vaginal discharge,and burning sensation symptoms in the exploration group was shorter than that in the control group.The PSQI score in the exploration group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the disease recurrence rate in the exploration group was also lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis can effectively reduce serum cytokines,shorten the time for clinical symptoms to disappear,improve patient sleep quality,and reduce disease recurrence rate.This demonstrates its clinical therapeutic value and can be widely recommended for use in clinical treatment.
