基于我院合理用药点评系统的中成药处方点评干预效果分析

Analysis of intervention effect of Chinese patent medicine prescription comment based on Rational Drug comment system in our hospital

目的基于合理用药点评系统,探讨中成药处方点评干预对促进中成药合理应用的效果。方法利用合理用药系统对北京京煤集团总医院中成药进行全处方点评,选取2021年7月-9月处方点评千预实施前的中成药处方为对照组,2022年7月-9月干预实施后的中成药处方为观察组。在实践中,通过建立中成药处方的点评细则,制定处方前置的审核规则等干预措施,比较干预前后中成药不合理用药情况,以评价干预效果。结果观察组中成药处方不合格率为0.11%,较对照组中成药处方不合格率的2.38%显著降低(P<0.05)。结论基于北京京煤集团总医院合理用药点评系统进行中成药处方点评干预后,提高了该院中成药合理用药水平。

Objective To explore the effect of prescription comment and intervention on promoting rational application of Chinese patent medicine based on rational drug review system.Methods The rational drug use system was used to evaluate the complete prescriptions of Chinese patent drugs in our hospital.Chinese patent medicine prescriptions before the implementation of prescription comment intervention from July to September 2021 were selected as the control group,the prescription of Chinese patent medicine after the intervention from July to September 2022 was selected as the observation group.The irrational of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in the two groups was compared by establishing the prescription comment rules and formulating the pre-prescription review rules,and the effect of prescription comment and intervention was evaluated.Results The unqualified rate of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in the observation group was 0.11%,which was significantly lower than 2.38%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the intervention of prescription comment based on rational drug use comment system of our hospital,the level of rational drug use of Chinese patent drugs in our hospital was improved.
