公立医院高质量发展背景下三级肿瘤专科医院医务管理的探索与实践

作为医院最关键的部门之一,医务部对医院的管理起着重要的作用,在公立医院高质量发展背景下,为保证医院的管理质量,必须对医务管理进行精细化的管理。结合目前医院工作复杂化程度不断加大的实际情况,实行精细化管理有很大的现实意义,只有做好医务部的管理工作,才能使其他工作顺利进行。为此笔者结合工作经验,就医务管理进行探讨,期望能促进该领域的发展。

As one of the most critical departments of the hospital,the medical department plays an important role in the management of the hospital.In the context of high-quality development of public hospitals,in order to ensure the quality of hospital management,refined management of medical management must be carried out.Combined with the current actual situation of increasing complexity of hospital work,the implementation of refined management has great practical significance.Only by doing a good job in the management of the medical department can other work be carried out smoothly.For this reason,the author combines work experience to discuss medical management,hoping to promote the development of this field.
