某市初高中学生艾滋病知识与健康教育需求现况调查分析

Survey and analysis of AIDS knowledge and health education needs of middle and high school students in a city

目的调查和分析某市初高中学生艾滋病知识与健康教育需求情况.方法采取横断面调查设计,用便利抽样及分层整群抽样结合形式,从初三及高一年级中选取541名学生,对其展开匿名调查.问卷内容涵盖了一般人口学特征、艾滋病相关知识及健康教育需求信息等多个条目.结果调查对象的艾滋病知识知晓率为34.4%.既往接受过性健康知识、艾滋病知识宣传教育的学生分别占59.5%、71.9%,初三和高一学生之间的对比区别存在统计学价值(P<0.001);发生插入性性行为的约占7.0%.从多因素Logistic回归分析结果可以看出,初三和高一(OR=0.40,95%CI:0.29-0.58)、无性健康知识需求(相较于有需求而言,OR=0.61,95%CI:0.43-0.90)、不关注艾滋病宣传资料(相较而言,OR=0.40,95%CI:0.30-0.55)、不知晓安全性行为(相较于知晓而言,OR=0.54,95%CI:0.39-0.76)、不知晓正确使用安全套(相较于知晓而言,OR=0.32,95%CI:0.24-0.45)的调查对象艾滋病知识知晓率相对比较低.结论此次调查的某市初高中学生艾滋病知识知晓率大多较低,一些学生有过插入性性行为.性健康知识明显影响艾滋病知识,所以一定要强化初高中学生的艾滋病健康宣教以及性健康宣教工作.

Objective To investigate and analyze the needs of AIDS knowledge and health education among junior and senior high school students in a city.Method The method adopted a cross-sectional survey design,combining convenience sampling and stratified cluster sampling.A total of 541 students were selected from the third and first year of junior high school,and an anonymous survey was conducted.The questionnaire covers many items such as general demographic characteristics,AIDS related knowledge and health education demand information.Results The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among the respondents was 34.4%.59.5%and 71.9%of the students had received sexual health knowledge and AIDS knowledge in the past,respectively.There was a statistical difference between the students in the third year of junior high school and the students in the first year of senior high school(P<0.001);approximately 7.0%of individuals engage in insertion sexual behavior.From the results of multifactor logistic regression analysis,it can be seen that the respondents in the third year of junior high school and the first year of senior high school did not pay attention to AIDS propaganda materials(OR=O.40,95%CI:0.29-0.58),had no sexual health knowledge needs(OR=0.61,95%CI:0.43-0.90),did not pay attention to AIDS propaganda materials(OR=0.40,95%CI:0.30-0.55),did not know safe sex behavior(OR=0.54,95%CI:0.39-0.6),and did not know how to use condoms correctly(OR=0.32,95%CI:0.24-0.45).The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge is relatively low.Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among junior and senior high school students in this survey is mostly low,and some students have had intrusive sexual behavior.Sexual health knowledge obviously affects AIDS knowledge,so we must strengthen AIDS health education and sexual health education for junior and senior high school students.
