摘要
目的探讨活血化瘀涂搽药在低分子肝素(LMWH)皮下注射并发症护理中的应用效果。方法将2022年1月-2022年10月南昌市某三级甲等综合医院心内科接收的110例皮下注射LMWH后出现皮下淤血、血肿的病人随机分为两组,观察组55例采用活血化瘀涂药外敷患处;对照组55例采用50%硫酸镁外敷患处,比较两组患者皮下淤血、血肿程度,疼痛程度以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者干预后皮下淤血、血肿消散程度均轻于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比,观察组干预后疼痛程度更轻,且观察组的护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论活血化痧涂搽药外敷可有效治疗LMWH皮下注射引起的皮下淤血、血肿,有效缓解患者痛苦,降低疼痛程度,提升患者对医护人员满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of Huoxue Huayu Tucha medicine in the nursing of complications caused by subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH).Method 110 patients who developed subcutaneous congestion and hematoma after subcutaneous injection of LMWH received by a teriary Grade A comprehensive hospital in Nanchang City from January 2022 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group consisted of 55 patients who received external application of Huoxue Huayu Tucha medicine on the affected area;55 patients in the control group were treated with 50%magnesium sulfate on the affected area.The degree of subcutaneous congestion,hematoma dispersion,pain,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the degree of subcutaneous congestion and hematoma dispersion in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had less pain after intervention,and the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Huoxue Huayu Tucha medicine can effectively treat subcutaneous congestion and hematoma caused by LMWH subcutaneous injection,effectively alleviate patient pain,reduce pain level,and improve patient satisfaction with medical staff.
