以风险护理为核心的综合护理模式在导管室护理中的应用价值探讨

The application value of risk nursing combined with comprehensive nursing in nursing care of catheter room

目的探讨以风险护理为核心的综合护理模式在行冠脉造影患者导管室护理中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1月-2023年6月在上海市宝山区仁和医院进行冠脉造影且在导管室采用以风险护理为核心的综合护理模式进行护理的53例患者作为联合护理组,同期选取在该院进行冠脉造影且在导管室采用常规护理模式进行护理的37例患者作为常规护理组;对两组护理效果及满意度进行回顾性分析。结果经不同方式护理后,两组患者心率、呼吸、SBP、DBP、SAS、SDS评分均显著下降(P<0.05),且护理后联合护理组患者心率、呼吸、SBP、DBP、SAS、SDS评分均显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。联合护理组患者检查配合度及护理满意度均显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05),风险事件发生率显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论将以风险护理为核心的综合护理模式应用于行冠脉造影患者导管室护理中可显著改善患者负面及紧张情绪,显著降低了风险事件发生率,同时提升了患者满意度,值得临床借鉴推广。

Objective To probe into the application value of risk nursing combined with comprehensive nursing in the nursing of catheter room of patients undergoing coronary heart disease.Methods From January 2023 to June 2023,53 patients in catheter room who were required coronary angiography using risk nursing combined with comprehensive nursing in our hospital were selected as the combined nursing group,at the same time,37 patients in catheter room who were required coronary angiography using routine nursing care in our hospital were selected as the routine nursing group.Results The scores of heart rate,respiration,SBP,DBP,SAS and SDS decreased significantly in both groups(P<O.05),affer nursing,the scores of heart rate,respiration,SBP,DBP,SAS and SDS in the combined nursing group were significantly lower than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The cooperation degree and satisfaction degree in the combined nursing group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05),and the rate of risk events in the combined nursing group was significantly lower than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk nursing combined with comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the patients'negative and nervous mood and reduce the incidence of risk events,at the same time to enhance patient satisfaction,worthy of clinical promotion.
