系统化洗胃护理联合优质护理对有机磷农药中毒患者救治效果及心理应激状态的影响

The effect of systematic gastric lavage nursing combined with quality nursing care on the treatment effect and psychological stress state of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的探讨系统化洗胃护理联合优质护理对有机磷农药中毒患者救治效果及心理应激状态的影响。方法选择2020年4月-2023年10月锦屏县人民医院收治的有机磷农药中毒患者开展研究,总病例取92例。按照随机数字表法分为系统组与对照组,每组各46例。对照组予以优质护理加常规洗胃护理,系统组予以优质护理基础上加系统化洗胃护理。比较两组护理前后心理应激状态(MSSNS评分)、护理后临床表现消失时间和洗胃指标。结果与对照组比较,系统组毒草碱样症状、烟碱样症状、中枢神经症状消失时间和洗胃、进出液所用时间更短(P<0.05);系统组洗胃液使用剂量更低(P<0.05);系统组护理后MSSNS评分更低(P<0.05)。结论对有机磷农药中毒患者实施系统化洗胃护理联合优质护理,可减轻患者心理应激,缩短洗胃时间和进出液时间,减少洗胃液用量,有效改善临床症状,提升救治效果。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic gastric lavage nursing combined with quality nursing on the treatment effect and psychological stress state of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to October 2023 were selected for the study,and the total cases were taken as 92 cases.According to the random number table method,they were divided into system group and control group,each with 46 cases.The control group was given quality care plus routine gastric lavage care,and the systematic group was given quality care plus systematic gastric lavage care on the basis of quality care.The psychological stress state(MSSNS score),the disappearance time of clinical manifestations after nursing,gastric lavage index were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of muscarinic-like symptoms,nicotinic-like symptoms,central nervous system symptoms,gastric lavage,and the time used for entering and exiting fluids were shorter in the system group(P<0.05);the dosage of gastric lavage fluid used was lower in the system group(P<0.05);the MSSNS score was lower in the system group after nursing care(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of systematic gastric lavage care combined with quality nursing care for patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can reduce patients'psychological stress,shorten the time of gastric lavage and the time of entering and exiting fluids,reduce the dosage of gastric lavage fluid,effectively improve clinical symptoms,enhance the effect of treatment.
