Five Achievements and Five Prospects of China-Russia Relations

在过去的20多年时间里,在伙伴关系的新框架内,中俄关系得到了快速发展,已经成为当代世界新型双边合作关系的最佳范例之一。中俄战略协作伙伴关系建立在五大支柱之上:两国领导人紧密的个人联系,中俄两国对于人类未来享有共同愿景,通过彻底解决边界问题建立完美邻国关系,持续提升的双边经济合作,以及文化亲近性和历史记忆。为了进一步推动中俄关系的发展,中俄两国政府和社会各界仍需继续努力,争取实现五项任务。这五项前瞻性任务包括推动“一带一路”倡议与欧亚经济联盟的对接,在亚欧之间创建全方位的物流和交通运输路线,推动金融基础设施的建设,推动上海合作组织和金砖国家机制的扩大,以及加强人文交流来更好地了解彼此。

Over the past two decades,within a new framework of partnership,China-Russia relations have rapidly developed and have become one of the best examples of new-type bilateral cooperation in the contemporary world.The strategic cooperative partnership between China and Russia is built on five pillars:close personal contacts between leaders of the two countries,a shared vision for the future of humanity,the perfect neighboring relationship established by thoroughly resolving border issues,continuously enhanced bilateral economic cooperation,cultural affinity and historical memory.To further promote the development of China-Russia relations,governments and all sectors of society in both countries still need to continue their efforts,striving to achieve five forward-looking tasks.These five tasks include promoting the alignment of the“Belt and Road”Initiative with the Eurasian Economic Union,creating comprehensive logistics and transportation routes between Asia and Europe,advancing the construction of financial infrastructure,expanding the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the BRICS mechanisms,and strengthening cultural exchanges to better understand each other.
