安徽省慢性病综合防控现状及高质量发展的思考

Current situation of comprehensive prevention and control of chronic and non-communicable diseases in Anhui Province and reflections on high-quality development

心脑血管疾病、癌症、慢性呼吸系统疾病和糖尿病等为主的重大慢性病造成了严重的疾病负担和经济负担,已成为影响我国居民健康的重大公共卫生问题。《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》《中国防治慢性病中长期规划(2017-2025年)》等给慢性病综合防控提供了政策环境支持,全面推进慢性病综合防控高质量发展是推进健康中国行动的必然要求。本文从慢性病及危险因素流行形势出发,探讨当前慢性病在政策环境、健康促进、早诊早治、健康管理、信息互联互通、科研引领等领域工作成效及存在的问题,提出相应的思考和建议,促进慢性病综合防控高质量发展。

Major chronic and non-communicable diseases(NCDs)such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,cancer,chronic respiratory diseases and diabetes have caused serious disease burden and economic burden,and have be-come a major public health problem affecting the health of Chinese residents.The Outline of the"Healthy China 2030"Plan and China's Medium and Long-Term Plan for the Prevention and Control of NCDs(2017-2025)provide policy environment support for the comprehensive prevention and control of NCDs.Comprehensively promoting the high-quality development of comprehensive prevention and control of NCDs is an inevitable requirement for promoting Healthy China Action.Starting from the epidemic situation of NCDs and risk factors,this paper explores the effectiveness and existing problems of NCDs in the fields of policy environment,health promotion,early diagnosis and treatment,health management,information interconnection,scientific research guidance,etc.Corresponding thoughts and suggestions are proposed to promote high-quality and comprehensive prevention and control of NCDs.
