我国民营医院集团的发展现状分析

Current situations for the development of private hospital groups in China

民营医院集团化被业界认为是提高民营医院综合实力及医疗服务品质的关键, 也是民营医疗行业发展的必然趋势。本研究分析了我国民营医院集团的发展现状, 并对3家上市民营医院集团进行典型案例剖析, 以此为基础探讨民营医院集团的发展困境。研究发现, 当前我国民营医院集团的发展仍存在规范化管理能力薄弱、忽视内部资源整合的作用以及内部治理难度大等问题。作者认为民营医院集团应坚持价值医疗导向, 着重增强规范化管理能力, 并通过多样化手段优化内部治理机制, 推动集团内部资源的整合与优化配置, 以提升整体运营管理效率, 获得规模优势与协同效果;在外部治理方面, 应借助多方力量共同加强对民营医院集团经营行为的监管, 以促进集团整体的健康发展。

The collectivization of private hospitals is considered by the industry to be the key to improving the comprehensive strength and healthcare service quality of private hospitals,and it is also an inevitable trend for the development of the private healthcare industry.This study analyzed the current development status of private hospital groups in China and conducted typical case studies on three listed private hospital groups,based on which the development difficulties of private hospital groups were explored.The current development of private hospital groups in China still faced problems such as weak standardized management capabilities,neglect of the role of internal resource integration,and difficulty in internal governance.The author recommended that private hospital groups should adhere to the value oriented medical approach,focus on enhancing standardized management capabilities,and optimize internal governance mechanisms through diversified means to promote the integration and optimization of internal resources within the group,in order to improve overall operational management efficiency,gain scale advantages and collaborative effects;In terms of external governance,multiple forces should be utilized to jointly strengthen the supervision of the business behavior of private hospital groups,in order to promote the overall healthy development of the group.
