全科住院医师规范化培训基地一体化管理模式探索与实践

Exploration and practice of integrated management mode of standardized training base for resident in general practice

全科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)依托于设置在综合医院的临床基地和设置在社区医疗机构的基层实践基地(H-C)。两者教学活动的连续性和同质化对于培养高质量全科医学人才具有重要意义。浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院自1999年建立全科医学科以来, 逐步探索建立了由全科医学科牵头, 从教学组织架构、教学管理、师资管理、教学模式和考核评估方面实施一体化管理的全科住培H-C一体化管理, 该模式的应用有效推动了全科住培工作的高质量开展, 可为进一步提升全科住培工作质量提供参考。

Standardized training for general practice resident(hereinafter referred to as residency training)relies on clinical bases set up in general hospitals and grassroots practice bases set up in community medical institutions(H-C).The continuity and homogenization of teaching activities between the two were of great significance for cultivating high-quality general practitioners.Since the establishment of the Department of General Medicine at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 1999,it has gradually explored the establishment of an H-C integrated management mode for general professional housing and training,led by the Department of General Medicine,which integrated teaching organization structure,teaching management,faculty management,teaching mode,and assessment.The application of this mode effectively promoted the high-quality development of residency training,and can provide reference for further improving the quality of residency training.
