5G陶瓷滤波器用喷涂银浆 被引量:1

摘要 从5G陶瓷滤波器用银浆的工艺特性出发,制备了分散性好、一致性高、烧结性能优异的球形亚微米银粉;制备了工艺匹配性好、拉力高的玻璃粉;制备了能湿润5G陶瓷滤波器精细化结构的有机载体.制造出5G陶瓷滤波器用喷涂银浆,其性能参数为:银含量为78%,黏度为7 Pa·s,方块电阻为4 mΩ,拉力为21 N/mm^(2).该银浆对5G陶瓷滤波器元器件的外表面、通孔、盲孔、凹槽等处均具有很好的金属化效果,银层没有出现缺银、龟裂、毛刺、流挂等问题.该5G陶瓷滤波器用喷涂银浆具有雾化性能好、湿润性高、不流挂、低方阻、高拉力的优点,在5G陶瓷滤波器领域具有广泛的应用前景. Spherical sub-micron powder with good decentralization,high consistency,and excellent sintering performance was perpared by this article.Glass powder with good craftsmanship and high tension was developed.The developed organic carrier has the ability to moist 5G ceramic filter refined structure.The spray-coated silver paste used by 5G ceramic filter was developed,which showed the silver content was 78%,the viscosity was 7 Pa∙s,the block resistance was 4 mΩ,and the tension was 21 N/mm^(2).5G ceramic filter device's outer surface,pores,blind holes,grooves,etc.has been metallic by this silver paste,which has a good silver layer,without defects such as silverless,cracks,burrs,flowing,etc.The spray-coated silver paste of 5G ceramic filter,which has the advantages of good atomization,high humidity,non-flowing,low-square resistance,and high tension,has a wide range of application prospects in the field of 5G ceramic filter.
