摘要
目的:探讨基于跨理论模型的运动干预应用于玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法:将我院2021年3月—2023年2月期间收治的99例KOA患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,其中对照组49例予以关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗及常规干预,观察组50例在对照组基础上给予跨理论模型的运动干预,观察两组患者膝关节功能、疼痛程度、生活质量。结果:观察组干预1个月及3个月后LKSS及WOMAC评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预1个月、2个月及3个月VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预3个月后心理状态、社会关系、物质生活及生理功能各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将基于跨理论模型的运动干预应用于玻璃酸钠治疗KOA患者中的效果良好,能有效缓解患者疼痛程度,改善膝关节功能,提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the efect of exercise intervention based on transtheoretical model on sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 99 patients with KOA admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Among them,49 patients in the control group were treated with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate and routine intervention,and 50 patients in the observation group were given transtheoretical model exercise intervention on the basis of the control group.The knee joint function,pain degree and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results:After 1 month and 3 months of intervention,the LKSS and WOMAC scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after intervention were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores of psychological state,social relationship,material life and physiological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of exercise intervention based on transtheoretical model in KOA patients during the sodium hyaluronate treatment period has a good efect,which can efectively alleviate the pain level of patients,improve knee joint function,and improve quality of life.
