葆宫止血颗粒辅助优思悦治疗宫腔镜术后患者的效果

Effect of Baogong Zhixue Granules Assisted with Yousiyue in the Treatment of Patients After Hysteroscopic Surgery

目的:观察葆宫止血颗粒辅助优思悦治疗宫腔镜术后患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月河南省灵宝市第二人民医院妇产科收治的围绝经期异常子宫出血或子宫内膜增厚患者行病检患者70例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组35例。对照组实施优思悦辅助宫腔镜,研究组采取葆宫止血颗粒与优思悦辅助宫腔镜,比较两组中医症状积分、Hb、Hct、激素水平(LH、FSH、E_(2)、P)、不良反应。结果:研究组各项症状积分、激素水平(LH、FSH、E_(2)、P)均低于对照组,Hb、Hct水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:葆宫止血颗粒与优思悦辅助宫腔镜对围绝经期异常子宫出血或子宫内膜增厚患者行病检期间效果理想,可有效降低患者激素水平,改善临床症状及凝血功能,且联合治疗不增加不良反应发生风险。

Objective:To observe the efect of Baogong Zhixue Granules assisted with Yousiyue in the treatment of patients after hysteroscopy.Methods:A total of 70 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding or endometrial thickening during the perimenopausal period admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the Second People’s Hospital of Lingbao City,Henan Province from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received Yousiyue assisted hysteroscopy,while the research group received Baogong Zhixue Granule and Yousiyue assisted hysteroscopy.The TCM symptom scores,Hb,Hct,hormone levels(LH,FSH,E_(2),P),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The symptom scores and hormone levels(LH,FSH,E_(2),P)of the study group were lower than those of the control group,while the Hb and Hct levels were higher than those of the control group,the diferences were statistically signifcant(P<0.05).There was no statistically signifcant diference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Baogong Zhixue Granule and Yousiyue assisted hysteroscopy has an ideal efect on patients with abnormal uterine bleeding or endometrial thickening during perimenopausal examination.It can efectively reduce patient hormone levels,improve clinical symptoms and coagulation function,and the combination treatment does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
