体外受精-胚胎移植女性药物促排卵过程中应用优质护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of High Quality Nursing in the Process of Female Drug Ovulation Induction for Women Undergoing In Vitro Fertilization And Embryo Transfer

目的:探讨优质护理在体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)女性药物促排卵中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—9月在我院进行IVF-ET的178例卵巢低反应患者进行回顾性研究。按照护理方式的不同将患者分成对照组和观察组,各89例。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组实施优质护理措施。比较两组满意度、HAMA评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PSQI、HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对IVF-ET辅助怀孕的患者实施优质护理,能够改善患者的负面情绪和睡眠质量,提高患者的满意度,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床应用。

Objective:To explore the application efect of high quality nursing in drug induced ovulation in women undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 178 patients with ovarian hyporesponsiveness who underwent IVF-ET in our hospital from July 2022 to September 2022.According to different nursing methods,patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 89 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the observation group received high quality nursing measures.The satisfaction,HAMA score,HAMD score,PSQI score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI,HAMA,and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For IVF-ET assisted pregnancy patients,high quality nursing can improve their negative emotions and sleep quality,increase patient satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
