组学在代谢相关脂肪性肝病诊断中的应用

Application of omics in the diagnosis of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease

摘要 代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)是全球最常见的慢性肝病,其全因死亡率和肝脏相关死亡率的风险随着纤维化程度的增加而显著增加。早期诊断MAFLD及其肝纤维化程度具有重要意义,因此寻找准确、简便的无创诊断方法尤为重要。近年来高通量组学技术发展迅速,并在MAFLD无创诊断与纤维化程度的预测中发挥着重要的作用。现总结基因组学、表观基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学、微生物组学、影像组学以及多组学结合在MAFLD疾病诊断中的应用进展。 Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)is the most common chronic liver disease worldwide,and the risk of all-cause and liver-related mortality significantly increases with the degree of fibrosis.Early diagnosis of MAFLD and its degree of liver fibrosis are of great significance,so it is particularly important to find an accurate and simple,non-invasive diagnostic method.In recent years,high-throughput omics technology has developed rapidly and played an important role in the non-invasive diagnosis and prediction of fibrosis degree in MAFLD.This article summarizes the application progress of genomics,epigenomics,transcriptomics,proteomics,metabolomics,microbiomics,radiomics,and the combination of multi-omics for the diagnosis of MAFLD disease.
