从温阳化气探讨艾灸调控线粒体治疗慢性心力衰竭机制

Exploration of the Mechanism of Moxibustion Regulating Mitochondria in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure from Warming Yang and Transforming Qi

慢性心力衰竭是心血管疾病剥夺人类生命的主要环节,其临床病死率与复发率居高不下,是目前世界范围内公认的高危疾病之一。中医学认为其病因虚实夹杂,多见心气、心阳虚衰,兼有血瘀、痰湿阻滞。现代医学认为造成此病最主要的因素是原发性心肌损害。随着慢性心力衰竭发病机制研究的深入和中西医结合治疗的发展趋势,气与线粒体被发现在微观层面具有一定的相似性。艾灸作为传统疗法,可在肌表产生温热效应,助阳透皮化气,进而对线粒体产生影响,减轻慢性心力衰竭相关症状。因此,该文从气与线粒体内涵、本质出发,结合艾灸温阳化气的功效,探讨艾灸通过调控线粒体治疗慢性心力衰竭的深层机制。

Chronic heart failure is the main link between cardiovascular disease and human life deprivation.It has a high clinical mortality and recurrence rate.It is now one of the most recognized highrisk diseases worldwide.Chinese medicine believes that the cause of the disease is a mixture of deficiencies and realities.Chinese medicine believes that its etiology is a mixture of deficiency and reality,including the deficiency of heart Qi and heart Yang,with blood stasis and phlegm-dampness blockage.Modern medicine believes that the most important factor causing this disease is primary myocardial damage.With the depth study of the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure and the trend of combining Chinese-Western medicine in treatment,Qi and mitochondria have been found to have certain similarities at the microscopic level.Moxibustion is a traditional therapy.It produces a warming effect on the muscular surface,helping Yang to penetrate the skin and transform Qi,which in turn has an effect on the mitochondria and reduces the symptoms associated with chronic heart failure.Therefore,this paper starts from the connotation and essence of Qi and mitochondria,combines the efficacy of moxibustion in warming Yang and transforming Qi,and explores the deep mechanism of moxibustion in the treatment of chronic heart failure by regulating mitochondria.
