郭廷英挑治法治疗乳腺结节疗效观察

Observation of the Effect of GUO Tingying's Pricking Therapy on Breast Nodules

目的观察郭廷英挑治法治疗乳腺结节的临床疗效。方法将60例乳腺结节患者随机分为挑治组和治疗组,观察两组患者疼痛评级指数评分(PRI评分)、视觉模拟评分法评分(VAS评分)、现在疼痛状况评分(PPI评分)及彩超结节最大直径变化,评定两组临床疗效。结果两组乳腺结节患者PRI评分、VAS评分、PPI评分及彩超结节最大直径均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且挑治组总有效率与治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论郭廷英挑治法可显著改善乳腺结节患者乳房疼痛状况,调节患者不良情绪,缩小乳腺结节最大直径。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of GUO Tingying's pricking therapy on breast nodules.Methods 60 patients with breast nodules were randomly divided into the pricking therapy group and the treatment group.The pain rating index scores(PRI scores),visual analogous scale scores(VAS scores),present pain intensity scores(PPI scores)and the maximum diameter of the nodules with color ultrasound were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results The PRI scores,VAS scores,PPI scores and the maximum diameter of the nodules with color ultrasound of patients with breast nodules in two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the pricking therapy group was significantly different from that in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion GUO Tingying's pricking therapy can significantly improve the breast pain of patients with breast nodules,regulate patients'bad mood,and reduce the maximum diameter of breast nodules.
