高压氧综合治疗在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Hyperbaric Oxygen Comprehensive Treatment in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的:分析高压氧综合治疗在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年7月临沂市中心医院收治的64例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各32例。对照组实施常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施高压氧综合治疗。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况、生化指标、活动性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。治疗前,两组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-10、超氧化物歧化酶水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组白细胞介素-10、超氧化物歧化酶水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组内镜检查、排便次数、便血评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组内镜检查、排便次数、便血评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧综合治疗在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻炎性反应和活动性,促进损伤修复,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive treatment in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:Sixty-four patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional drug therapy and the observation group implemented hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,occurrence of complications,biochemical indexes,and activity were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-10 and superoxide dismutase between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of interleukin-10 and superoxide dismutase in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endoscopy,defecation frequency and hematochezia scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the endoscopy,defecation frequency and hematochezia scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment of hyperbaric oxygen has significant application effects in patients with ulcerative colitis,and can alleviate inflammatory reaction and activity,promote injury repair,and reduce complication rates.
