布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合氨茶碱片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation Combined with Aminophylline Tablets in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:分析布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合氨茶碱片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2023年7月天水市武山县人民医院收治的70例COPD患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组、研究组,各35例。对照组给予氨茶碱片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,两组动脉血二氧化碳分压水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,两组症状积分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,两组症状积分低于治疗前、治疗后1个月,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合氨茶碱片治疗COPD的效果显著,可缓解患者临床症状,改善肺功能、动脉血气指标。

Objective:To analyze the effect of budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation combined with aminophylline tablets in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 70 patients with COPD admitted to Tianshui City Wushan County People's Hospital from January 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group by drawing lots,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aminophylline tablets,and the study group was treated with budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second and the ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to forced vital capacity in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood oxygen saturation and arterial partial pressure of oxygen in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and this index in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 month after treatment,the symptom scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the symptom scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment and at 1 month after treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation combined with aminophylline tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of COPD,and can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve lung function and arterial blood gas indexes.
