中药督脉熏蒸联合电刺激生物反馈治疗在产后康复患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Electrostimulation Biofeedback in Postpartum Recovery Patients

目的:分析中药督脉熏蒸联合电刺激生物反馈治疗在产后康复患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1-7月北京中医药大学东直门医院收治的60例产后康复患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施生物反馈电刺激治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施中药督脉熏蒸治疗。比较两组盆底肌力、并发症发生情况、盆底功能、生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组盆底肌力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。治疗后,两组盆底功能评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组生活质量评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药督脉熏蒸联合电刺激生物反馈治疗在产后康复患者中的应用效果显著,可改善盆底功能,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and electrostimulation biofeedback in postpartum rehabilitation patients.Methods:Sixty postpartum rehabilitation patients admitted to Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group.Pelvic floor muscle strength,complications,pelvic floor function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045);after treatment,the pelvic floor function score of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the quality of life score of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with electrostimulation biofeedback therapy in postpartum rehabilitation patients is remarkable,which can improve the pelvic floor function,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
