基于个案管理的护理在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Nursing Based on Case Management in Lung Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:分析基于个案管理的护理在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2021年12月于南京医科大学附属南京医院进行化疗的肺癌患者96例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组、参考组,各48例。参考组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于个案管理的护理。比较两组自我管理效能感、运动耐力、自我感受负担、生活质量。结果:护理后,两组正性态度、自我减压、自我决策评分高于护理前,且观察组高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组6 min步行距离大于护理前,且观察组大于参考组,两组自我感受负担评分低于护理前,且观察组低于参考组,两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于个案管理的护理在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者自我感受负担,增强运动耐力,提高自我管理效能感和生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing based on case management in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 96 patients with lung cancer receiving chemotherapy in the Affiliated Nanjing Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the reference group,with 48 cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine nursing and the observation group implemented nursing based on case management.Self-management efficacy,exercise endurance,self-perceived burden,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of positive attitude,self-decompression and self-decision in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the 6-min walking distance in the two groups was longer than that before nursing,and this distance in the observation group was longer than that in the reference group;the self-perceived burden score in the two groups was lower than that before nursing,and this score in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group;the quality of life score in the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and this score in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing based on case management has significant application effects in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and can reduce the self-perceived burden of patients,enhance the exercise endurance,improve self-management efficacy and quality of life.
