Application Effect Analysis of Humanized Nursing in Primary Hospital Patients

目的:分析人性化护理在基层医院患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月-2022年8月民勤县西渠中心卫生院收治的患者110例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人性化护理。比较两组护理满意度、心理状态、生活质量、自我护理能力。结果:观察组病房管理、操作水平、语言安慰、服务态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组日常活动、心理功能、社会功能、生理功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组自护责任感、自护技能、自我概念、健康知识评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理在基层医院患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者护理满意度、生活质量、自我护理能力,缓解负性情绪。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in primary hospital patients.Methods:A total of 110 patients admitted to Minqin County Xiqu Central Health Center from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented humanized nursing.Nursing satisfaction,psychological state,quality of life,and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of ward management,operation level,language comfort and service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of daily activities,psychological function,social function and physiological function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-care responsibility,self-care skills,self-concept and health knowledge in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of humanized nursing in primary hospital patients is significant,which can improve patients'nursing satisfaction,quality of life and self-care ability,and alleviate negative emotions.
