康复护理在骨折合并传染病患者术后护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Rehabilitation Nursing in Postoperative Nursing of Patients with Fractures and Infectious Diseases

目的:分析康复护理在骨折合并传染病患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年6月扬州市第三人民医院收治的骨折合并传染病患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施康复护理。比较两组术后恢复情况、心理状态、依从性。结果:研究组首次下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:康复护理在骨折合并传染病患者术后护理中的应用效果显著,可加快康复速度,缓解患者负性情绪,提高依从性。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in postoperative nursing of patients with fractures and infectious diseases.Methods:A total of 70 patients with fractures and infectious diseases admitted to Yangzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing and the study group implemented rehabilitation nursing.The postoperative recovery,mental state and compliance were compared between two groups.Results:The first ambulation time in the study group was earlier than that in the control group,the length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The total compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation nursing in the postoperative nursing of patients with fractures and infectious diseases has a significant effect,which can speed up the rehabilitation,alleviate the negative emotions of patients,and improve compliance.
