产教融合背景下高职口腔医学技术专业实践性教学改革研究

Research on Practical Teaching Reform of Stomatology Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Industry-Teaching Integration

摘要 目前,高职口腔医学技术专业实践性教学存在诸如教学内容不能满足口腔医学技术行业新业态需求、课岗分离不能为学生提供职业岗位体验、实习安排不利于学生职业生涯规划、学生专业思想不牢固、毕业生就业专业对口率低等问题。为此,应根据口腔医学技术行业发展需求明确专业建设目标,以校企合作开发实训课程、共建实践教学平台为抓手促进实践性教学课岗融合,以“三横、五纵”实践教学体系为依托促进实践性教学产教融合,以“三阶段、三融合、三对接、三平台”职业素养培养模式为保障促进实践教学有效开展,从而实现“学习分梯度、教学融理实、教产无缝隙、校企共育人”的教学改革目标,夯实学生的职业规划基础,增强其对口腔医学技术的专业认同感和职业认同度,提高专业对口就业率。 At present,there are problems in the practical teaching of stomatology technology in vocational colleges,such as the teaching content cannot meet the new business needs of the stomatology technology industry,the separation of courses and positions cannot provide students with professional experience,internship arrangements are not conducive to students'career planning,students'professional thinking is not solid,and the corresponding rate of graduates'employment majors is low.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the professional construction goals based on the development needs of the stomatology technology industry,promote the integration of practical teaching courses and positions through school enterprise cooperation in the development of practical training courses and the joint construction of practical teaching platforms,promote the integration of practical teaching,learning,industry and education based on the"three horizontal and five vertical"practical teaching system,and promote the effective development of practical teaching through the"three stages,three integration,three docking,and three platforms"talent cultivation mode.In order to achieve the teaching reform goal of"graded learning,integrated teaching,seamless teaching and production,and joint education between schools and enterprises",consolidate the foundation of students'career planning,enhance their professional identity and professional recognition of stomatology technology,and improve the employment rate of professional counterparts.
